  • It sure is! Stretch is designed with all levels in mind, and special attention is given to those who are new to stretching and flexibility training. We love beginners around here and are always here to help however we can!

  • Stretch programming is designed to be your one-stop-shop for all things stretching. Whether you’d like to improve your flexibility, feel less sore after workouts, work on the splits, relieve back pain, or just simply feel better in your body, we’ve got you covered.

  • Nope! While some people find certain types of props useful for their stretching practice and choose to add them in, our programming is designed to be done with no equipment at all. We recommend having a good yoga mat to make your experience more pleasant, but no equipment is required to complete classes and routines using Stretch.

  • While there is no single answer that applies to everyone, people are often surprised by how little time you can spend each day to see significant results. While some people like to spend more time stretching every day, the majority of our routines actually only take 5-10 minutes to complete - and that is plenty to see real progress as long as you stay consistent.

  • While both can be beneficial, research generally has shown that it unless you have a specific injury or issue that you have prescribed exercises for, most of the time it is best to focus on dynamic warm up movements before workouts, and more static stretching at the end of workouts. We’ve got both types covered in the Stretch app.

  • You can change or cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked. If you purchased your subscription through the Apple or Android app stores, you can update your subscription there as well. If you subscribed via our website using Stripe, you can cancel via Stripe as well. You can always reach out to our support team if you need any help.
